These All-Natural chicken fillets are boneless and skinless, triple trimmed, pounded thin. Each individual cutlet is vacuumed sealed and quick frozen. Our chicken is so easy to defrost - just keep in seal and place in cool running water for about 10 min. You can realize tremendous savings when you purchase a 5 lb box containing about 20 cutlets.
